Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control purposes, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items, including but not limited to wigs, custom units, hair extensions, closures, frontals, apparel, lashes, and accessories.

 

Product Selection & Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, specifications, and sizing prior to purchase. We strongly encourage you to ensure accuracy before completing your order.

If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Custom Units

All custom wig units are made-to-order and are final sale.

Due to the personalized nature of custom units, no cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or modifications will be accepted once the order has been placed.

 

Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
